I don't own a domain name, can I still sign up?
Yes, if you do not already own a domain name you can register one with us at no additional charge. The domain name will be registered under your name and will automatically point to your new web site. It will automatically renew each year, at no additional charge, as long as you maintain a hosting account. return to top

Will I loose my domain name if I cancel my hosting account?
If you register a domain name through us and cancel your account you will have 30 days to transfer the domain name to another registrar. return to top

I already own a domain name, can I use it for my lingerie website?
Yes, simply point your existing domain name to our name servers which will be provided upon signup. return to top

Is a business license required?
As with all legitimate suppliers, Elegant Moments and Karo Shoes do require proof that you are a business. They will require that you produce either a business certificate or tax id before accepting orders from you. return to top

How do I obtain a business license?
Business license procedures very from state to state . Every municipality has different rules and costs associated with obtaining a vendors license.  In many municipalities the application is free or a small fee is required. Contact your local Chamber of Commerce or City Hall to find out your local requirements. return to top

Can I change the price of my products?
Yes, you will have the ability to update the prices using the administrator control panel. You will have the capability to perform changes across the entire catalog, select categories or individual products. return to top

Your administrator control panel will include a page that will show you all of the items that you have sold. return to top

Is the administration of the site an easy process?

Can I add items from another supplier to the site?
Yes, you can sell anything you want (as long as it is legal), however, HostMyLingerieSite provides updates each time the supplier issues a new or updated catalog. By adding or removing items we cannot guarantee that future updates will load properly. return to top

Your cart will be loaded with modules for GoogleCheckout, PayPal IPN, Paypal Express, AuthorizeNet AIM, Authorizenet SIM, offline credit cards, Linkpoint, check/money order, and COD. Additional modules can be downloaded from ZenCart's member. return to top

Yes, you can cut/paste any product description and save any of our product images to your computer. Simply use the product information found on your very own dropship website to makeup your eBay ad. return to top

Who maintains the products on my website?
When the supplier releases a new or updated catalog we will provide you with product updates and installation instructions to keep your site current. return to top

How do I make a profit ?
HostMyLingerieSite provides the web site, hosting and domain registration.  Elegant Moments is the supplier.  By default, the site is set up with a 100% markup, which can be adjusted easily through the cart administrative console.  When you make a sale you then place the same order with Elegant Moments who will sell you the merchandise at wholesale prices and ship it to your customer.  Your profit is the difference between the revenue you collect and cost for purchasing from Elegant Moments. return to top

Do you take commissions out of each sale?
No, we do not charge a commission. We provide the website, hosting, domain registration and support for a monthly fee. When you make a sale you purchase the merchandise from the supplier who will ship the order to your customer. Your profit is the difference between the sales price you charge and what you pay the supplier. return to top

Is HostMyLingerieSite the dropshipper?
No, all products that are in this site are offered Elegant Moments, a premier lingerie manufacturer and dropshipper. You will be required to sign up with Elegant Moments who will supply your merchandise and dropship to your customers. return to top
