When you go to our site and click on say, missy lingerie. The next page has no images, just an red X where there should be a pic. How do you fix that?

That is because we do not have category images loaded.  You can either add category images or disable "Show SubCategories on Main Page while navigating" function.  In your cart admin go to "Configuration" > "Product Listing" click on "Show SubCategories on Main Page while navigating" and set to "0"
